Lodge St. Machar No 54 is one of the founding Lodges of the Masonic Temple at 85 Crown Street, Aberdeen Scotland, and is known as a “Blue Lodge”. It is a very an old Lodge and was granted its Charter from the Grand Lodge of Scotland in 1753 AD. Our own records  shown that the Lodge may have been working from about 1681 or 1709.

Members who have moved or have lost contact can send their details and will be added back on to the mailing list. Members will also find information concerning meeting and will be able to update on the latest news and views concerning the Lodge.

For those of you who have found this website by accident and know nothing about Scottish Freemasons or Freemasonry in general you can find out more before forming an opinion. Find your local Lodge who can give you more help, you might even get a guided tour, but only when its not in use. Or visit the Grand Lodge of Scotland website
